Hope?

We've lost a few agents over the past few years.  Some agents have passed away, and others have gone on to other projects. I was not looking to recruit this evening, but sometimes it just works out that way. Was playing with a spectrum analyzer and some small Part 15 VHF emitters at the local hackerspace this evening, and one of the attendees showed great interest in the equipme. Talked with them, and found out they have an interest in high weirdness too. Loaned them a couple books, and gave them the address to a mail drop. We'll see what happens, but I have a good feeling about this one. They are curious, interested in the tech, and live in a sector that could use some attention.

My courier visited last night.

She's relatively new to the organization, having replaced our previous courier who was called home and beamed back up to the mothership. She came in ranting about bats and mugwumps, drank the last of my good Tequila, and told me that there is going to be a load of green shithouse fixtures available tomorrow (Saturday) morning at the following coordinates: 41.5093652, -73.6048039. We're going to send an agent to investigate, but the haul is big enough for everyone to share.

who always comes up with some strange ideas, has been setting up these WiFi networks in places where normies congregate, with SSIDs that look legit. The nodes are all throwaway, but he coated the first few in this extract he made from psychedelic toad excretions mixed with DMSO before I found out and made him stop. Now you don't have to wonder why my therapist is named Doctor Tequila. As if that wasn't bad enough, Control just slapped him on the wrist and said "Bad Benway. Don't get caught again."
